SP High Modulus provides the custom cut laminate and core materials in their SmartPac. These items are cut, utilizing the computer 3D modeling.

Each piece of material is plotted on a detailed plan of the deck mold

The first layer of laminate material is placed in the mold according to the layout plan

The laminate is trimmed around the forward hatch. Note the two port openings.

The core material is now placed on its corresponding laminate material

After the core material is put in place, another layer of laminate material will be placed on top, forming a sandwich of material ready to have the resin infused to create the deck.
